Design engineer with a builder’s instinct — equally comfortable in CAD and on the shop floor.I’m a mechanical power engineer who designs parts to be made, not just modelled. My work spans 3D CAD modelling and assemblies in SolidWorks, FEA validation under real load cases, and translating concepts into clean, manufacturable detail.
Through three years on Mansoura Motorsport I led full suspension-system design and simulation for international competitions, and through internships at AKL Automotive I worked directly with injection moulding and automated assembly lines producing headlamps, mirrors and trim — so I understand how a design behaves once it hits production.
I’m now focused on a mechanical design engineering path in the automotive sector, where CAD precision, GD&T discipline, DFM/DFA thinking and hands-on prototyping meet.
